Wow… so this month is already gone.
Thus far, I’ve worked my day job full time, written a few thousand words and rocked the adoption of a wonderful new dog.
Also spring is officically here!!!! This means flowers, happiness and lots of long walks with my new friend!
This last week or two has been amazing with my doggo, he is learning so fast and pushing as many boundaries as he can – which is perfectly normal for the first few weeks or so of a new adoption. He can be a complete nutter at times, but all is forgiven the moment he sits his giant self on my lap and cuddles into me. Secretly I think I’ve adopted a cat…. He has the classic cat-like mentality of “if I fits I sits”… It’s hilarious =D 
In writing news, I will admit to struggling a little. I maaay have bitten off more than I can chew! I have been so consumed with settling in my dog and writing my latest assignment (not to mention working) that my twelve weeks challenge has gotten off to a slow start. But with the assignment due to be submitted when this goes up, and my boy finally settling in, I should have more time to devote to this and actually get some words down! I know I can do it if only I had the time. Oh, I know… I should make time, but in my defense who could say no to this: 
I will keep y’all posted, I think next week my post will be a writing update, so I will write my little butt off to get something down so you can be super duper proud of me.
My biggest hope with this challenge is that I will be finished all of the drafts for the first three books of my Dragoness series. Fingers crossed!
As always, do what I haven’t been- go write something!
